1. BUST OUT THE ALCOHOL
WOOOHOOOOO!!! If he runs and Pat Buchanan runs, OH, it will be so beautiful..

The only problem is that it would give the Green party an incentive to run. I'm not sure what kind of an impact they would have.

5. Perot is 73 years old
He doesn't run his business anymore (Ross, Jr. does). He's got the money to run (he's ranked #46 on the Forbes 400, with $3.7 billion)

8. I for one hope he runs. Even if it does invite the Greens....
he'll draw more votes away from Bush than the Greens will from Dean.

4. I don't know about Perot, but
I am certain there are countless Repubs who would never vote in our party but who are dying for an alternative to Bush.

Sorry, Repubs, only Bush for you!

Ah, but we can dream...Someone call Tom McClintock and tell him how great he was in California.

6. Perot is like a crazy old aunt you hide in the basement.
Not to knock mental illness ... this is actually paraphrasing something Ross himself said back in '92.

Ross, stay in the basement.
