I though NPR was doing a follow-up on the letter writing propaganda?

What happened to that? Someone here said they sent an Email to NPR with links about Calcillo’s (sp) background, which suggested this might have been more sophisticated propaganda than NPR had represented yesterday.

Adam Hochberg wrote back saying he was doing a follow-up. I didn’t hear anything.

I wondered if he submitted a story which the editors rejected.

O'Reilly embarrassed himself again with Terry Gross on Fresh Air. Just heard an old Franken interview a while ago, and Bush is shown in a relatively bad light during news broadcasts. NPR is on our side....they're REALLY "Fair and Balanced".

not when their sponsors include Lockheed Martin and ADM (Archers Daniels Midland - or something like this?). They are NOT fair and balanced. My money goes to WPFW-FM radio in D.C. - home of Democracy Now.

It's pretty close to the real military industrial complex official party line that they use to brainwash what passes for an intelligentsia in this sad land. NPR's corporate/CIA control has had a lot to do with what has transpired since the selection. Every Monday morning for years now Cokie Roberts has told NPR listeners that Bush was just the greatest overacheiving POTUS since the Gipper. Resistance is futile. Now they whore for the Groper and the recall. Now they character assassinate Wesley Clark, Dennis Kucinich, Gray Davis, the French.....

... programs such as Fresh Air and Diane Rehm with NPR news.

NPR news is propaganda - you should have heard the absurd crap they did on Clark today. And I'm a Dean man.
