It was a very good interview for Russ. He explained his reasoning and you could see that he is a principled leader with common sense ideas. The question about national security when all of Russ's votes against Bosnia, Kosovo, etc were brought had me backing up and running for cover and Russ hit it out of the park.

I was pleased with what he said about Alito and the Fillibuster and I had forgotton that Russ was outspoken against the compromise made by the Group of 14 on the Fillibuster.

When he was asked about being Jewish and divorced, he did not mention the divorce and focused on being Jewish. I think it would be sad if being Jewish is an issue in a Presidential campaign today. I do think the divorce issue could be issue though.

And the cheesehead comment was very funny and a great way to end the interview.
