I read your leftest, elitest, rant, and found it typical of your elk.
I live in Southern California,a region being over run by illeagal
aliens. Maybe you should consider a move to france if you can't stand
the government that was elected by the people. You on the intelectual
elitest left are devastating this country with your protests and riots.
LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT! IF YOU DON"T LIKE IT MOVE TO france.

You found it typical of my 'elk?' Typical of... my moose?
Don't you mean, typical of my 'ilk?'
Tsk, tsk... it sure looks like you're one of the children Bush has 'left behind' with his bizarre UNfunded 'educashun' policy.

Bush was not elected - he was s-elected in 2000 by a biased Supreme
Court --three members of which should have recused (look it up) themselves, due to their families' ties to the Bush regime. The Diebold electronic 'voting' machines are owned and operated by top supporters of the GOP. With no public access to the computer source code (look it up), the results were easily manipulated in Ohio, Florida, and elsewhere in 2004. That's two coups in my book - Bush was never elected.

I really don't know what my post on the 'Law and Order' Yahoo egroup had to do with illegal immigration... or moving to France.... or anything you've raised, at all.

BTW, you don't have to be an 'intellectual' to use spell check - you might want to look into that.

Cheers,
Lori R. Price

Here is what I have, thus far:

OMG, it wasn't a 'spelling' error - the word only *had* three letters in it. It was a *word usage* error!

That having been said, and on the serious side, no - I am not 'elitist.' I was merely pointing out the FACT that people can oppose the (illegitimate) Bush regime, and still 'like America' and have 'American values.'

Speaking of which, the number of Bush regime/GOP officials either under investigation or indictment is growing nearly as high as the Bush Lie Pie itself. Tom DeLay R-Tex., Jack Abramoff, Michael Scanlon, Tom Noe, Bob Ney and the rare coin scandal (Ohio), Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham R-Calif. (technically not under indictment or investigation, since he just pled guilty), Sen. Conrad Burns, R-Mont., Rep. John Doolittle, R-Calif., Bill Frist (R-Tenn.), ...and 'Scotter' Libby.

Here is the list of over 100 names, compiled state-by-state:
http://www.bushsamerica.com/index.php/2005/11/04/state_by_state_gop_scandle_score_card_pa.

Gee, a little short on the old 'American values,' wouldn't you say?

Cheers,
Lori Price

16. Way to go......
Never take that steel foot of elitist thinking off their scrawny, ignorant necks.

Never.

Press harder.

Thanks for the laughs.

There's something special about someone complaining about an "elitist," all the while misspelling it............

:) I'll see if I can find a link.

Never mind, Mayberry Machiavelli has it posted down below.

Maybe you could ask him that since he seems to hate liberals and since the Constitution was written by liberals, why does he hate the Constitution, why does he hate America.

19. Please Tell Him For Me, That HE Should Love It Or Leave It
If he doesn't like that we get to protest against the actions of our country's gov't, then he should move somewhere he'd be happy. North Korea comes to mind.

Why is it that these subsimians always want US to leave if we don't like it? There's obviously something they don't like about us, so why don't THEY leave?

Dumbass!

12. thanks for the list
Found if I still lived back home in Iowa, both a Senator and my Congressman are under investigation.....

Of course, my current Senators and Congressman aren't on the list... why is Kaye BAiley Hutchison on there for the indictment by Ronnie Earle that was thrown out on a techinicality (when she defends DeLay for being indicted on a "technicality).

What a waste of time.

But, be careful not to get any on you, and, if you do, wash your hands - and burn your clothes - immediately.

Abramoff scandal is reportedly ensnaring Sen. Conrad Burns, R-Mont.; and Rep. John Doolittle, R-Calif as well.

And don't forget Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham, R-Calif (technically not under indictment or investigation since he just pled guilty...)

17. Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham (R-CA) GUILTY today to taking $2 MIL bribe
Edited on Mon Nov-28-05 02:24 PM by johnfunk
Calif. Congressman Admits Taking Bribes
By ELLIOT SPAGAT
The Associated Press | Monday, November 28, 2005; 1:48 PM

SAN DIEGO -- Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy and tax charges, admitting taking $2.4 million in bribes in a case that grew from an investigation into the sale of his home to a wide-ranging conspiracy involving payments in cash, vacations and antiques.

Cunningham, 63, entered pleas in U.S. District Court to charges of conspiracy to commit bribery, mail fraud and wire fraud, and tax evasion for underreporting his income in 2004.

Cunningham answered "yes, Your Honor" when asked by U.S. District Judge Larry Burns if he had accepted bribes from someone in exchange for his performance of official duties.

Cunningham, an eight-term Republican congressman, announced in July that he wouldn't seek re-election next year. But it was not immediately clear whether he hoped to keep his seat for the remainder of the current term. He planned to address reporters at a news conference later in the morning.

The punch line: he's still on the House Appropriations Committee's defense subcommittee. A classic example of the Grand Old Culture of Corruption (GOCoC).

21. Convicted! That's The Ticket
Repugnicans indicted several of Clinton's people...including Clinton, but the only one ever was convicted of any crime was Henry Cisneros...and that for tax evasion in a sleazy affair. Other than that, millions in investigations came up with zero convictions...and none involving any dereliction of duty or corruption of their office.

Add Cunningham to Saffrian and what is soon to be a growing list of Repugnicans not just indicted but were found guilty or pleaded as such. My bets are by the time this regime is ousted, the Watergate record of convictions will be long eclipsed.
