Poll question: Who is/was the most incompetent--The Chimp or The Gipper?

Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush--which one is/was the biggest buffoon to hold the presidency? The most incompetent? I'll say this much for Reagan, at least he could read a prepared speech.

I mean come on, as acting CIA director at the time (Bush), he never publically admitted to where he was the day of November 22nd, 1963. If Reagan had that little bit of information, he never would have picked Bush Sr. as VP.

Except during Reagan II, Poppy had the "good sense" (HA!) to keep the "crazies" out (Scowcroft has even confirmed that he considered the neocons to be crackpots). Shrub, on the other hand, has embraced these nutjobs. Reagan II and Shrubya's term have both been Poppy's doing, though -- it's just that those same players have gotten drunker and drunker on their power and thus worse and worse.
