I think we are just hearing about this now. We are intent on having another war to cover this administration's failures with Iraq and Afghanistan.

Every country on earth has a right to get as many weapons as they can to defend themselves from the US and its henchment nations.

If our illegal and pre-emptive attack did nothing else, it assured that any nation who even *suspected* they might ever be attacked in the same way would beg, borrow or steal *every weapon it could* to defend itself against just such an attack.
