Another four US soldiers have been killed in Iraq - bringing to more than 100 the number of US personnel who have died in attacks since major hostilities ended.



In one incident on Thursday night, three US military police officers and at least two Iraqi police officers were killed when they clashed with supporters of a Shia cleric in the holy Iraqi city of Karbala, the US military says.

A number of the attackers were also killed in the gun battle. Seven Americans and five Iraqis were injured.

In the capital Baghdad, a military police officer - died on Friday in a roadside bomb attack, marking the 101st death since the end of hostilities was declared on 1 May.

1. Your headline is misleading because Bush killed lots more
soldiers, if we include ALL soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, thousands of civilians have died. This does not count those wounded and destruction of property.

2. I don't believe the proper word is "killed"
because of the lies he told to all of us and to the entire world about the need to attack and invade Iraq. I even doubt the justice of war on Afganistan. The proper word is "murder" and Bush is rightly to be called a war criminal right up there with Saddam, milosevic and the rest. He is a despicable man who is leading us all and all the lemmings who are stupid enough to believe the idiot pea brained ill bred man, over the cliff.
