I wonder what Bush means by "victory in Iraq". I doubt if he, himself, knows what he is talking about . It 's just more buzzwords!!! Like, "as long as it takes."

3. It's all about oil

and on the public side politics and in their favor. As long as the republicans are in charge nobody will be held accountable and they'll get away with it. So that's why everything is political with them. They'll have to keep using the "war" since all they have to run on is "democrats are weak" nonsense.
