No it doesn't.

When a city goes from 10 murders a year to 400, all within a 10 year period, and at the same time the black population went from 3% to 70%, it just isn't a coincidence.

What you have replied, is just an advanced way of calling me a name as a way to AVOID ACTUALLY DISCUSSING THE SUBJECT OF BLACK CRIME, BEHAVIOR, INABILITY TO STAY IN SCHOOL, HIGH DRUG USE, HIGH DIVORCE RATE, ETC.

What you have just said shows extreme racism, in that it basically assumes all blacks are "evil monsters" or genetically predispositioned towards crime, and doesn't look at the actual factors that led to Urban decay.

To dismiss completely the fact that most American cities were built by whites and were subsequently destroyed by blacks shows a profound level of either complete ignorance - or a profound level of liberal rationalizing and excuse making.

Almost every major US city is an example.

Was the poster claiming that there is a city somewhere in the US that went from 3% to 70% black population in ten years?

That would indicate a population turnover and displacement that would be disruptive to an extreme degree no matter who it was -- if it was 3% to 70% increase in Smurfs you'd have problems.

I think this person was talking out of his ass, making shit up.

Why waste your time on such a "Yahoo"?

As for what cities have been built by blacks, how 'bout Washington D.C., where a lot of construction was done by slaves ?

I'd forget that person though. He or she obviously doesn't understand that poverty, not skin color, fuels crime. Plus they seem to have an anger management problem. (YELLING IN CAPS)

Because the crime statistics are so overwhelmily obviously show that blacks are responsible for 10 times their 'fair' share of crime considering they are only 12% of total population, liberals invented the 'hate crime' category.

Any crime against whites, unless an admitted homosexual, is written off as just a 'crime'.

This is the only way that liberals and blacks should come up with crime stats that don't paint blacks in a bad light.
