SEOUL: North Korea said Thursday it would take an unspecified measure to dislay the “physical force” of its nuclear deterrent.

but I think they will blow the top off of some remote mountain with a stationery nuke. Just enough to get dubya's attention....again.

3. I don't think they'll waste a nuke
on a test detonation. I think they could have several, but not enough that they'd want to squander one. I bet a test of a long-range missile is more likely, and possibly just as provocative, especially to Japan.

4. Wouldn't that be a kick in W's nuts.
Two out of the three countries on his "evil axis" list acquire nuclearn weapons shortly after W shoots off hollow threats.
