5. You are right!
It seems to be jumping al over the place and not focused in its approach. Maybe they had one of the interns throw things together to meet their need for something to put out for the MSM. It seem clear that they are losing their deft political touch in recent times.

2. I heard this discussed on Washington Journal this morning.
It sounds very vague and full of quoted figures from 2004, re: Iraqi training that I believe will be shown as the day progresses to be greatly exaggerated.

8. And it's a rehash of all the talking points they've used for two years
It's nothing. It's crap. There is nothing new here.

7. OMFG!!! THIS IS HUGH!!!! I'M SERIES!!!! THEY ARE STICKILY LIARS!!!!
Edited on Wed Nov-30-05 09:28 AM by Walt Starr
Some hack created an outline of the talking points used for the past two years and put it down THREE TIMES, then called it National Stategery for Viceroy in Iraq.

Somebody caught the mispelling before they released it to the public, though.

9. No mention of approximately 3 soldiers a day dying
until Bushco gets this right. They need to really get going on reconstruction - fast. This will give the Iraqis a tangible positive. Clean water, electricity, rebuilding homes, would do much more for rallying support for us. And, when is the pResident going to get the rest of the world involved in nation-building? Iraq's security benefits them, also. He was big on shaming nations for not helping with the war, how about shaming them into helping with reconstruction?

11. Oh Gawd, more glossy "booklets"!!
They spend more money on printing the junk and making it expensively, and then no money for the thing they are marketing. You should see the No Child Left Behind Booklet they sent - 1 - looked expensive as heck, 2 - no real info, and 3 - no talk about funding.
