Is it just me? Does this sound more like a "wishlist" than a plan? Who compiled this pile? (My guess... Auntie Karen)

I would have been embarassed to hand something like this in during my freshman year at college.. (although it would have been impressive for a HS Sophomore)

Who is "the enemy" ??
Just scanned this .... and even they admit that
they cannot define WHO this "enemy" is
that needs defeating.

To me .. that sounds more like "our side"
is terribly confused and unfocused.

4. right you are
I'd like to see W's definition of "insurgent". I'm betting they are one of the many Iraqi factions that want their country back.

I think Iraq should be divided into at least three countries and let each faction have their own and make their own decisions.

3. There are a lot of words, but very little specifics behind them.
The only specifics are on things that already happened. When it talks of the future goals, it's a bunch of generalizations.

6. Here's what I love about the plan.
From Yahoo news dated 11/27/05: Sun Nov 27, 2:25 PM ET

WASHINGTON (AFP) - The White House for the first time has claimed possession of an Iraq withdrawal plan, arguing that a troop pullout blueprint unveiled this past week by a Democratic senator was "remarkably similar" to its own.

Haven't they taken credit for Democratic ideas before? I can't remember the exact circumstances, but I'm sure I've read something about another "plan" of theirs that was the same thing that Democrats had been saying.

The National Strategery for Viceroy in IRaq is nothing but an outline of their talking points!
