A message to Hillary, Warner, Kerry, or whichever Democrat....
...decides to run for President of this country.

Don't get off the boat unless you're ready to take it all the way. We don't need someone that simply "wants" to be president. We need someone that understands where we are and is willing to do something about it. We don't need someone that will simply take over the steering wheel from George Bush. We need someone with a new steering wheel. So if your plans are to simply fulfill your political ambitions, stay the hell out of the race.

2. Today she re-affirmed her vote to attack Iraq and
said she does not support an immediate withdrawal. Though I know some DUers might not support an immediate withdrawal, I am one who does, and this confirms my decision to not support her ever-centrist stands.

3. Am I missing something here?
I don't think Hillary will be the Dem nominee. People voted for Kerry over Dean because they thought Kerry had a better chance of winning the general election. I think people will vote for Clark or Mark Warner or Richardson or Schweitzer or someone I haven't thought of over Hillary because they know that Hillary is a polarizing figure with an uphill chance of winning the popular vote in the whole U.S.

5. i think anyone who knows Kerry knows that he is the real deal
Everything in his life indicates that he truly cares about this country and is not in it for the money or for the glory.
