DU this Poll

Yesterday Former President Jimmy Carter came to our local library to sign his book and speak. There was an article in today’s paper about it.

They also had a poll asking Do you agree with former President Jimmy Carter's assertion that the world's greatest challenge in the new millenium is the growing chasm between the rich and poor?

So far the No’s out number the Yes’s.

It's about 100 miles southwest of Atlanta.



though I do have to add...that response by Largemarge does creep me out as well.

I guess Large Marge is one of those who thinks poor = lazy.

I happen to know plenty of people who are struggling from paycheck to paycheck...to put food on their tables and the house heated to work very hard.
