Taft's approval ratings sink into single digits: 6.5% back Governor
Edited on Wed Nov-30-05 01:28 PM by ECH1969
Gov. Bob Taft's approval ratings have hit single digits.

A Zogby International survey, conducted a week after the Nov. 8 election and released yesterday, shows just 6.5 percent of Ohio voters view the embattled GOP governor very or somewhat favorably. Barely 3 percent rate his job performance as "good" or "excellent."

"I'm not aware of anyone who's ever sunk lower," pollster John Zogby said.

Mr. Bush, for his part, registered a 46 percent favorable rating in the poll.

Having a GOP Gov in Ohio with the lowest approval of any politican in US hisotry will bring their whole party down in that state.

2. It's OHIO. He'd win an election tomorrow with 55%...
..And none of the MSM would dare point out
how odd it was.

He feels no need to resign because of public opinion-
the PUBLIC isn't really part of his equation.

3. The only time I have ever seen a lower rating
was when one of the pollsters chose to ask for Zarqawi and Bin Laden's favorability rating in the US and they each got 2%.

7. Good! I can't stand that whole family.
That is one political dynasty that has been a horror to America and the world.
