3. I cannot think
of a single Dem in Ct that would take him on. I heard Lowell Weicker (former Sen and CT Gov) might consider it but the whole state hates Weicker for imposing an income tax in CT.

The state Dem party will not support anyone but Lieberman - he is practically a hero in CT for being on the ticket in 2000.

for a Blue state, my state is really pretty Red leaning (last 2 govs, 3 reps)

7. That's a great idea. It will really please those Democrats who are
hawks on Israel. We don't need that percentage of the Democratic vote apparently.

8. Then show us a real fighting Democrat
to take his seat. I want him out of Congress. I can't stand reinforcing his behavior as a DINO. There must be a Kennedy floating around somewhere???????

4. Let's take out our own civil rights voting candidates. Forget the Repukes.
Turn our anger for their war onto ourselves.

Yeah - that's the ticket.

10. I usually agree with you on most things applegrove, but I don't on this 1
We should fight for the BEST candidate. Not for the one we already have. It is akin to saying that we shouldn't kick out corrupt Dems because we need to kick out corrupt Repubs. That is bullshnikees. If they are corrupt they must go, no matter what party. If they are not the best candidate for our party, then they also need to go. If he wins the election against another Dem, then good for him. But if he doesn't, then good for the Democratic Party.

9. Imus let Lieberman ramble on
and on and on. Lieberman proves he is a Bushco Man right down the line. Sickening that this man claims to be a liberal. Peace lover he is not.
