20. St Louis is very blue, the state as a whole is conservative
St Louis city went 90% for Kerry last year. In the surrounding counties Kerry won by about 5%.

Now if we could just get the rest of the state to think for themselves.....

conservative to me, but then I had just spent 3 years in Southern California (for school), so I guess most places would seem conservative by comparison.
