25% would Definitely vote for Hillary in '08, 40% would definitely not
and 28% say it would depend on who runs against her.

It's Rasmussen so take it for what it is.

1. That's why I don't think Hillary will win the Dem nomination
Dems will want to nominate someone who starts out with a better chance of winning the general election

5. According to most polls of Democratic voters
Hillary is the front runner by far for the nomination. My belief is that it will be easier for her to be nominated than to actually win the election.

Also, in 2004 many democratic voters decided to vote for someone who they thought would have the best chance to beat Bush, and so I'm not sure in '08 they will do that again.

2. Count me with the 40%. I don't vote for Republicans (R) or (D).
Or, warmongers of any stripe.

7. Hillary!!
I agree, we need to pass into the constitution dis-allowing Son's, Dausghters and Wives from ever occupying the W.H. if they are trying to follow an immediate family in to the W.H.

Bush I was a Dude; However his son Bush II is turning out to be the
Hitler of the 21st Century.

NO MORE LEGACY APPOINTMENTS TO OCCUPY THE WHITE HOUSE. Sorry Hillary, Bill beat you to the Castle. Stay in the Senate.

8. Sorry....
But that is about the sorriest argument I have ever heard...and about the dumbest proposal I have heard.

Dynasties are imposed not elected. Don't limit my choice for President based solely on their last name!! Term limits are bad enough!

10. Oh Please!
There is a HUGE group of people that vote.. what I call "strangely".

Some vote for who they think will win.

Some will vote because they REMEMBER the name.

The first reason is why the Repbulicans work so hard to project themselfs as the winner. It's why they pay so much to have polls taken and read.. just so so..

As for the second.. In the 2000 election, some voted for JR thinking they were voting for his Father. Strange? But sadly truthful.

Because of these 2 stupid issues, it makes it hard to honestly figure out. Yes, Hilary has baggage. But alot of that baggage that the Republicans were backing on to use against her, is really not stuff that would be in there best intrest to bring up. It will only work on the die hard clinton haters.. who wouldn't have voted for her anyway. So it's a waste of money.

IF Hilary comes forward with real plans, she might be able to swing the vote her direction. There is more precieved against her, then what actualy is against her.

11. I think she is great but I don't want her as my nominee
I have Clinton fatigue just like I have Bush fatigue.I just don't want or need to experience the "spin-off" series - Hillary - On Her Own. It's too much like "Archie's Place" after "All in the Family" (you just can't forget the past and it doesn't stand on it's own and cast members of the previous series feel compelled to do cameos and "special appearances") God spare us.

I would really like to see Hillary nominated for the Supreme Court sometime in the future.
