So, our president has his hat out...
running around Asia, looking for handouts, ostensibly for the war on terror.

As embarrasing as the UN request went, you'd think a 'man of the world', like bush would not be so crude as to beg for money for his own disatrous policies.

I am truly disgusted.

:grr: :nuke:

2. Yea, and from Japan too...
considering we nuked them. And China, considering we treated them so badly with that Yellow Scrae business. So what if these things happened in the past. We are the same then as we are now with demons running the country. Anyone from China and Japan should tell your gang to protest that creep and make him apologize. Is he going to visit the memorial in Japan? Didn't think so.

4. no, bush* is helping his dad's 'carlyl group' stuff...this is really
about bush* helping his family and campaign contributors connections for the big bucks...it doesn't have anything to do with the rest of us, who are in the process of an $87 Billion dollar screw....

our reTHUGlican congress has been unable to add even one little amendment that MIGHT force shrub to find money for Iraq in other countries...there is simply NO INCENTIVE for the shrub to do that...
our country just got flushed over this $87 Billion...

5. Find money from other countries?
Heck big chunks of the $87 billion are going to pay Saddam's debts to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. How the hell does W expect anyone else to pony up to a deal like that.

This is all about enriching his greedy patrons but everyone has already given more than they can afford.

7. I agree...
seems to me that will benefit from this invasion should pay for it.

Most people didn't even want to go into Iraq for the stated reasons, why should we pay for the rebuilding?

there will be billions to be taken from Iraq, and the two groups of people that will NOT benefit, are the Iraqi's & the American taxpayers that made this whole fiasco possible.

8. I Think He's More Worried About Finding Troops
To pull our troops out in order to cover his ass before the elections next year.

He can't scam much money from other countries and has no need to with that $87 Billion appropriations bill being passed today.

9. And, to top it off, we gonna LOAN the Iraqis 10 Bil.
How that gonna play out with those Nations?

And the Frogs & Cheesemakers ain't gonna comply with any of that shit either despite their signing the UN Resolution.

Bush is stymied with nowhere to turn. But as delusional people go, he will blame others for his troubles and distract with deceptive shit as usual.

Bush has two boots in mouth, both with TGIF printed on top.

Toes Go In First.

11. and his asks... are falling on an awful lot of deaf ears.
Heck - if he asked the wealthy here to fund it - by giving back their tax cuts - I bet he would be greeted with (greedy) deaf ears as well.

13. Those well heeled bastards that made out big on the tax cut...
would never think of giving anything up for the country; after all, it is 'beneath them' to have anything to do with the realistic side of the nation. After all, they are just here to take what they can.
