I'm laughing. I don't quite believe this. Read the invitation to the donor conference written by Hisham A.R. Ibrahim, charge d'affaires of the Iraqi Embassy in Moscow.

He apparently lives in Moscow. And maybe he's moonlighting for the Office of Global Communications or whatever the U.S. propaganda office is called.

Many of whom were laboring under the tyranny of electricity, medical care and food, despite 12 years of sanctions, the bush regime had been unsuccessful in ridding the country of these scourges.

Even today, many Iraqis are receiving food from the UN food program, which is slated to be halted in order to liberate more Iraqi children from the brutal digestion process.
