Fortunate America, a country with no problems!

The United States is blessed indeed. Domestic want, injustice and strife have been eradicated. The country is at ease with itself, at peace with its peers, and respected in the world.

So placid is the political scene that one of the primary issues of national debate is ... whether it should be illegal to set fire to the national flag or not. Only in a country as problem free as the USA could such an absurdly trivial issue be at the forefront of national debate.
