how many of you mary jane smokers have NOT gotten your hand stuck in your mouth? and how many bud tokers out there have NOT crashed your car while high? and how many reefer suckers out there have used it as a gateway drug to heroin? and how many of you dopers have gotten so high that you've hijacked a car or robbed a 7-11 to support your filthy habit?

I smoke pot. My husband smokes pot. And we've been married (only marriage) for 27 years and raised two kids. We've never been arrested. We have perfect attendance at work. We're in very good health. And our friends all smoke pot with us...doctors, lawyers, teachers, accountants, bankers, and business executives.
We're practically Ozzie and Harriet.

Still haven't killed anyone

I have not done any of those things. I will admit that I did a lot of other drugs in my youth, but never heroin. Psychedelics were my thing ... and, boy, did I love them. But when the time came, I quit all that, and I've never had any trouble, never been institutionalized -- jail or asylum -- and I've never hurt anyone.

One time I got stoned and made the mistake of not having any munchies on hand. Different people like different things, I'm mostly a cookie monster kind of guy. Anyway, although there was plenty of perfectly good FOOD in the refrigerator, none of it was what my sweet tooth craved and there were no cookies in the cupboard.

What-to-DO!?

In the course of digging around through boxes and cans I came across a boxed cake mix. Now, of course I had the ingredients to actually make a cake and could have, but that would have taken a long time. Rather, I just opened the box and started eating the cake mix right out of the box! It wasn't bad, actually, but I decided it would be better if I put some in a bowl, added some water, and ate it raw like that. Which is what I did.

Honest.

Pot will do that to you, man, I kid you not. Totally disrupts your ability to make sophisticated culinary decisions so far as munchies are concerned.

And man did it taste good. :9

Oh, and those Jelly Belly Sours? I don't call them "Stoner Jelly Bellys" for nothing.....
