ImpeachPAC...because they lied!

this group helps fund any candidate who agrees to start impeachment when elected. A friend forwarded me the link.

Here's what they have to say about themselves...

ImpeachPAC is a Political Action Committee registered with the Federal Election Commission. Its purpose is to raise money to elect Democratic candidates for Congress who support the immediate and simultaneous impeachment of George Bush and Dick Cheney for their Iraq War lies.

Who's running the show? Why, two of my favorites...

Bob Fertik is the Founder and President of ImpeachPAC. Fertik is co-founder and President of Democrats.com, which launched in 2000 as the first major news and community Website for Democratic Party activists. In November 2003, Fertik co-founded ImpeachCentral.com to build grassroots support for impeachment. In May 2005, Fertik co-founded AfterDowningStreet.org to raise awareness of the secret British documents that proved the Bush-Cheney administration deliberately lied to the world about its reasons for invading Iraq.

David Swanson is the Washington Director of ImpeachPAC and of Democrats.com. He is co-founder of the AfterDowningStreet.org coalition, creator of MeetWithCindy.org, and a board member of Progressive Democrats of America. He has worked as a newspaper reporter and as a communications director, with jobs including Press Secretary for Dennis Kucinich's 2004 presidential campaign, Media Coordinator for the International Labor Communications Association, and three years as Communications Coordinator for ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. Swanson obtained a Master's degree in philosophy from the University of Virginia in 1997. His website is www.davidswanson.org.
