Hey Garth Brooks and Queen Latifah, Screw You, W-M Whores
Haven't you two already made enough money and now you must shamelessly whore yourself out to Wal-Mart for Christmas? Ugh, how sickening. Not that I've ever expected much of a social conscience from Garth Brooks, but Latifah used to at least project an aura of "progressive" awareness; I guess it was just a fashion accessory that can be conveniently discarded, now that she's not poor, but still not rich enough that she won't sell herself out to the likes of Wal-Mart for a bit of coin. "U-N-I-T-Y", my ass.

2. I was gobsmacked when I saw Latifah on a Wal-Mart ad
Man, I hope there's some consciousness-raising people in her orbit that are going to give her hell over this decision. She has to be aware of the issues surrounding Wal-Mart. She strikes me as someone who is too smart not to know/understand the issues swirling about endorsing Wal-Mart.

3. I guess we expected too much--
after all, she is the voice of Pizza Hut...

Still not as bad as Walmart, but not good either.

5. The three Destiny's Child harpies are whoring themselves out to
Wal-Mart too!

It's a Wal-Mart nation. All give thanks to Wal-Mart for putting the mom and pop stores out of business. All hail the union busting, discriminatory hiring and pay practices Wal-Mart.

FUCK YOU AND ROT IN HELL, SAM WALTON!!!

7. They should ALL
DONATE their fees either to union organizers or at the very least disgorge themselves of the blood money by buying health care for Wal-Mart workers.

Garth especially, who apparently sold 500,000 box sets in one day in a deal with Wal-Mart to sell his music exclusively.

9. Oh poor Destiny's Child--
Beyonce's going solo and they aren't going to be a group anymore...waaah! :sarcasm:

I guess they are trying to get all the deals they can before Beyonce calls it quits permanently and moves on to her career as this generation's Diana Ross...

10. I hate those commercials
Wasting money on high-priced celebrities to promote themselves when they should be paying their employees a living wage. SCREW YOU Wal-Fart and SCREW YOU celebrities who take money that should be going to the poor wage slaves.
