Inhuman vermin jubilant about Tehran plane crash that killed 111

TEHRAN - An Iranian military transport plane crashed into a 10-story apartment building in the suburbs of the capital Tehran on Tuesday, killing at least 111 people, according to state media and the city's mayor.

All 94 passengers and crew of the plane were killed, the mayor of Tehran said. Tehran state radio said that of the building's residents, 25 people were killed and 15 were injured.

The ISNA students' news agency said the aircraft burst into flames and that the fire was hampering rescue work.

because some people in the Middle East were happy about 9/11.

I was kind of all shades of red and purple with outrage that some people were happy about 11.09.2005 too. Not because I'm a republican, a conservative, a "freeper", a "fundie", or any of that s---. But rather because 3000 innocent people were killed and people were rejoicing.

I'm from Monmouth County, NJ. Middletown Township, to be precise. You may recognize the name as the municipality outside of NYC with the most victims on that day.

Some people in America were happy, too. In Piscataway, NJ, a group of illegal Palestinian immigrants were dancing in the streets. They were immediately arrested and deported.

I think anyone who WASN'T outraged at the fact that people were celebrating the events of 11.09.2005 needs to sit and think about that for a long, long time.

I saw the entire film clip on the Internet site of a German TV station.

In the U.S. we were shown the same close-up over and over of the same half dozen people celebrating.

The German station showed the whole film clip, including the long shot that made it clear that the half-dozen people were "celebrating" in the context of hundreds of people just walking down the street ignoring them.

You fell for a classic propaganda ploy--a brief film clip taken out of context and played over and over. Note that it was always the same film clip and the same half-dozen people.

As for the Palestinians in New Jersey, I don't know. That may be just one of those rumors. I've googled "Piscataway"+"Palestinians"+"9/11," and I've found a blog reference to "masses of Palestinians dancing in the streets after 9/11" (obviously a blogger who bought the propaganda), but in 15 pages of links, no mention of Palestinians celebrating 9/11 in Piscataway. Just a lot of links about Jewish student groups protesting a proposed Palestinian student conference at Rutgers.

So my guess is that the story of Palestinians celebrating 9/11 in Piscataway is one of those stupid, bigoted rumors that always circulates after a disaster, sort of like the one that says that no Jews were killed in the World Trade Center because they were warned to stay away.

That's not the point. The point is that the freepers apparently think it's OK to rejoice over a terrible accident in Iran (or whatever that was), while decrying that some (maybe only a few) rejoiced over 9/11. The point is that it's NEVER OK. Not for people who hate us and not for us.
