CSPAN caller asking Rachel Brand about Federalist Soc. membership,
if you were DUer, well done. Also thanks for reprimanding her for the tone she took with the African-American caller. She was way off base. The AA woman was discussing the experience of people with dark skin in the judicial system. That this Brand woman would sit there and respond that she wouldn't respond to any remarks that are based on her own skin color was arrogant beyond belief. The AA woman's concerns were legitimate regarding Alito's appointment and that Brand sees her whiteness as a neutral backdrop is disturbing. If this young attorney is what the Federalist Society is turning out as a future leader, then we need to be very concerned.
