Were Do I Go To Collect the Billion Dollars for My Iraq Pacification Plan.
Edited on Tue Dec-06-05 04:43 PM by The Whiskey Priest
Step One: You invite all Iraqis to a Pot-luck Dinner; everyone brings a dish of their own choice.

Step Two: Over dinner you have everyone air any grievance they might have; be sure to have a moderator so that they can control access to the microphone.

Step Three: You solve everyone’s grievance before everyone goes home.

Step Four: Be sure to follow up with a thank-you note to everyone; so that they know you really, really appreciated them coming and settling the war.

Country Pacified.

I know it sounds very simple, but you must admit it rivals Bush’s Strategy for Victory in Iraq and he had the whole DOD and State Department working on that piece of shit. I on the other hand came up with the solution in less than three minutes.

2. Right here
http://www.lincolngroup.com/

The Lincoln group they already have been given $100 million tax
dollars to tell the Iraqis about Iraq. Of some of that money was
kicked back to bush / cheney and the RNC.

info@lincolngroup.com that is there e mail link .... their web site
said that they are hiring subs too.

Might want to skip the money laundering operation they run though.

4. My plan is to drop a naked greased GW * somewhere in Iraq
and while they're all looking for him, pull the troops out, go home and let them settle their own issues (both internal and with *).

5. So, Bush has a plan for victory! Apparently, it consists
of a billion dollar reward to whomever comes up with a viable plan.
