1. When he did, he had something important to say
And the press could actually ask him probing questions. Imagine that?

2. No kidding! I asked the same question about Clinton. I wouldn't have
minded seeing Clinton this much, he made he feel good, feel comfortable and hopeful, unlike the Chimp who has an opposite affect on me.

11. Me, too
I actually had a dream about him night before last. I think it's the first time that's ever happened. Very, very strange. (Or maybe not.)

12. My mom met him once, she was very impressed, who wouldn't be?
My parents have two pictures of former Presidents on their living room wall, one is Kennedy and the other is Clinton. Nice dream btw. :-)

13. I went to see him two times
Edited on Tue Dec-06-05 08:53 PM by SharonRB
Once during his first campaign and once on his Train to the 21st Century tour. That second time, I was lucky enough to be standing right in front and got a couple of photos. When you catch his eyes, it feels like they're burning right through you. He really connects even when it's just visually.

15. I do cherish that memory, as well as getting to shake Kerry's
hand one of the two times I went to see him. (And meeting Ty Pennington when they did an Extreme Makeover house a mile from me summer before last.)

4. No, he's holding out for a role as The Donald's
right hand goober on The Apprentice. Chimp will pretend Tr*mpy is Ch*ney and Tr*mpy will not disabuse him of that idea.

6. Petroleum Bonaparte can't speak except in simple sentences, and
only if none of the words exceeds two syllables.

8. It's not mine. Another DUer introduced it this morning.
I guess a search would turn it up.
