Just a reminder .

I was but 7 when I heard the news on the nightly news. didn't know who he was but I ran into my brother's bedroom and played my first Beatles album.

(in addition to being a musician) and you know how they hate us - calling bullshit on their wars.

Democracy Now has a nice piece on Lennon today - if you want to hear a more positive account.
