Did any other passengers hear "I have a bomb" or just the Air Marshall
I haven't read all the acccounts but so far I don't see any passengers say they heard his say this.

Am I missing something?

1. Anecdotal, but I heard on CNN last night
two passengers claim the suspect said he had a bomb. One was First Class and one was immediately behind First Class.

it is to kill.

Sorry, but that's the reality. If forced to shoot, you must shoot to kill.

This isn't Hollywood. Law Enforcement cannot risk shooting to wound.

5. Of course the air marshals are the only ones who heard it.
They are trained to hear things like that even if no one is saying it.
