Kite flying ban leads to violent protests!!

I've been wondering what it will take for Americans to take to the street-stop traffic & engage in some good old civil disobedience....
Shoulda happened long ago but I guess American Idol was on or sumtin.
Anyhow,over in Europe, all it takes is a ill concieved ban on kite flying!

1. Kites can be used to deliver wmd's, or that is the excuse we would

hear if they decided there was a need to ban kites.
