I hate it whenever there's some killer or group of killers, and the media diligently comes along to give them recognition. I had the same feeling with the whole BTK thing, especially when they had an hour-long interview with the guy on A&E (iirc). My mom was especially pissed years ago when they put the Columbine killers on the covers of Time and Newsweek--they wanted recognition, and what do these magazines do? Plaster their faces all over the newsstands.

This sort of thing is exactly what these sick fucks always want: to be recognized for having done something in their pathetic lives. They want to know that their existence mattered, even if it mattered solely because it ended the existence of far better people.

and I just flipped through the channel and saw him for a quick moment, but I have to say that I thought that scumbag looked very similar to another scumbag.
