Poll question: Who Would Be The Ultimate Meet The Press Guest?
Hard to get this down to 10, or should I say 9. Have to leave room for "other."
They have to be living. Doesn't matter if they've been on in the past.

1. George W. Bush.. unscripted.
That would be the ultimate. If he could be on a show like that without prompters, without index cards, without a wire. I'd love for America to see what a complete fake he is... and how very screwed we all are with him at the helm.

3. I was thinking of an historic person.
Ben Franklin would be my first choice. Thomas Jefferson would probably be second. Mark Twain would be in the top five.

6. William F Schultz
He is the head of Amnesty international. The guy is a great speaker and hates what's happening at Gitmo. He is also a clergyman, which I think lends him credibility, since the 'right' thinks we are all godless. And maybe we are, so what. I just happened to hear him on c-span a while ago. Awesome values and brilliant thinking.

8. I chose David Brock
I think he has a lot to offer to politicians who aren't on the republicans side on how they work and everything. Plus, I think he's really cute. ;)

9. a Press.
Other than actually having a press in this country and again on Meet the Press, Brock as an ex-Republican activist with poignant stories could reach the Bush base. Both from showing them where the lies really lay, to how one can survive not following RepubliCONs.

She gets it. And she's not afraid of these punks currently in office. Plus, she has the gravitas (the word often misused these days) and moral authority to point out all the faults of this "government".
