3. If true, that will disappoint a lot of people
Those who were SURE he would not do it, and were crucifying the dolt ahead of his decision, and those who wanted the guy dead.

If ya get a link, put it up! I looked around and have not spotted one yet...

5. No matter what he does
he'll piss people off. Something this serious should not be political. That would just be crass. My hubby thinks he'll grant clemency. I'm not so sure.

Bet he wasn't thinking about this when he ran for Gov.

8. I thought CA was anti-death penalty--
but I forgot, we have a LOT of conservatives in OC particularly. All you have to
do is say 'gang member' around those people and they want to fill the syringe
themselves.

If Charles Manson is still sucking up our tax dollars after being sentenced to
death, I really don't see why this guy can't live. Manson is only alive on
the technicality that CA overturned the death penalty right after he was
sentenced.

If the guy wasn't black and a gang member I doubt many would care...

10. Sadly no
I read in a newspaper (USA Today) that 68% of California residents support the death penalty. Which is ABOVE (if you can believe it) the national average of 64%.

11. i have a feeling he will
I just have a feeling. I saw a report on the local news that he is taking a lot of advice from his wife now after that terrible election. I don't know, he might just do it.

12. I wouldn't want to live in Los Angeles right about now
but maybe Arnold will grant clemency. Arnold has seen struggle in his own lifetime.

when regarding others.
