I need some good news, and just can't wait to hear these stories....all about the betterment of American Society and Justice Done!

Because, you know, he is the patron saint of EVERYONE on Death Row! For decades, truly innocent people sentenced to state-sanctioned murder have come and gone, and you rarely (if ever) heard anybody here talk about them on a first-name basis. But TOOKIE, somehow he's different. He's special! Well...he's TOOKIE..for crying out loud! Well, he might have BRUTALLY MURDERED FOUR PEOPLE, but it just doesn't matter, because he's a "cause c�lebr�"! I don't even speak French, and I know what that means!

Please, no flames... I am trying to discuss this rationally.

If death is such an "easy way out" Or " a cop out" as I have seen posted on some of these threads... why would Toolie WANT to stay alive and "rot" in jail as some have suggested?

If I was a convicted killer, sentenced to life in prison, I would WANT to take the "easy" way out...ya know?

Seems to me that some Tookie ( not you ) supporters wanted to have him released?
