Kennedy Son Could Challenge Lieberman
Kennedy Son Could Challenge Lieberman
Connecticut Democrats are searching for a candidate to oppose Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT) in a primary, the Manchester Journal Inquirer reports.

“One of the names bandied about has been that of New Haven lawyer Ted Kennedy Jr.,” son of Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA). Kennedy holds a master’s degree from Yale and is “director of Facing the Challenge, a nonprofit advocacy and public policy group focused on the civil rights of people with disabilities.”

2. When he's ready
I'd like to see his stand on the issues. If positive, I'll send a contribution.

5. Is there anybody left here to defend evil Joe?
They used to all come out of the woodwork with that crap about being a liberal who also does favors for the insurance industry.

Do we all now realize that he's an evil killer?

7. Hallelujah!
Surely the CT Dems will jump on this. I don't want to lower standards by saying this, but anyone other than Joementum would be great!

8. Lieberman is his own biggest challenger
From the article referenced in your link:

After Lieberman himself mentioned the DumpJoe group by name on a nationally syndicated television show, Crane continued, "our hits were up 300 percent."

"We're busier than ever, our bumper stickers are flying out the door, and I got 130 e-mails yesterday," he said.

...
J. M. Iver, a Stamford native who as a software engineer in California created an Internet site to collect pledges from people willing to contribute to "any real Democrat" who might run against Lieberman, reported Thursday that $61,405 had been promised.

Let's see old Joe Slink Away in defeat!

Question is...does Ted Jr. WANT Public Office. That's the biggie.
