The DOD and vaccine manufacturer Bioport, of Lansing, Mich., assert the vaccine is safe. They point to 18 studies, including one.. saying the vaccine is no more dangerous than any other vaccine.

Which administration official has tons of stock in the company that will produce and/or administer these shots?

I know that Rummy owned tons of stock in that company that is to administer the bird flu vaccine - and lo and behold - the media screams, "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!" about bird flu for weeks. :eyes:

This is the kind of thing that makes me feel impotent.

got wife preg too soon after shot. they later learned they were suppose to wait..... long period of time before making baby, after the fact. the baby born with all kinds of problems. two years later and this mom struggling by herself raising this boy. the father fighting, wounded, then healing now being sent back. the baby takes all her time. she has to give kidney dialysis every night. she has to clean to pristine cause of dust and germs. horror story. this mother is kicking ass, and tired and afraid.

this young couple, this mother is now afraid to have another child.

so sad

I had never heard that about the babies.

These are the stories that need to be told.

As a Marine we were ordered to begin the Anthrax vaccination program. No was not an option. Unless of course you wanted a Big Chicken Dinner (BCD or Bad Conduct Discharge). We were of course forced to endure a Naval Doctor's blathering on why the US uses it, how it will help you, how it has been in use since the 1970s, the "fact" 999 of 1000 have no adverse reactions, etc...

I asked a question, "Sir, are the studies on the long term effects of the vaccine on humans?"

Snide response, "Son, you can't use humans as test subjects."

Thinking he had shut me up he went to move on, slightly deterred, I pressed forward, with a follow up in a somewhat sarcastic tone, "I realize our government no longer tests potentially dangerous substances on Marines, unlike WWII and Vietnam, but I was wondering if Doctors had done any cross checking, with patients, noting patterns of strange or unusual illness cropping up in recipients of the Anthrax Vaccine."

The crowd of Marines, not used to a lowly fucking Cpl standing up and "disrespecting" a Commissioned Officer like this were aghast, (Side note: my MSgt chewed my ass for this one :)).

The Naval Doctor said he knew of no studies or work checking for such correlations amongst current and prior service members and moved on.

Fortunately, right now All service members can choose not to get the vaccination.

I ended up getting 5 doses.

Like you said,the long term studies are just not there(since there is only ONE manufacturer)
