Stanley "Tookie" Williams was not innocent, nor was he redeemed in my opinion. He was a murderer, and felt no remorse.

Having said that, he did not deserve to die. No man or woman does, no matter how heinous the crime. To take another persons life is not our right - not the right of anyone in a "civilized" society.

This is more proof that the US is led with a "mob rules" mentality and is no more civilized than the Crips or the Bloods.

The blood of many is upon our hands...
