I really hate these Minutemen yahoos...

Here in Virginia - Herndon opened a day for day laborers to gather rather than congregating in front of the 7-11. These minutemen dicks are out there everyday harassing and photographing the workers and employers. And of course they make no attempt to determine whether they are here legally or not...they just assume they are all illegal.

I understand that something needs to be done about illegal immigration, but this is not it. Picking on these people is just about the lowest thing I can think of.

Was that Herndon or somewhere else?

But it's not like those minutemen are gonna mow grass in 95 degree heat in the middle of the summer, or do landscaping for all the new houses in Northern VA for 8 dollars an hour.

3. Yeah the town council approved it...

I don't live in Herndon...just a few miles away, but go there quite a bit. This article I read in the Post and others just really irks me!

Where I have my store I get alot of day laborers coming in. I feel bad for them because they think I run a clothing store and what to buy what I have on display, which I can't do.(I run an embroidery, screen printing, promotional products store)

he's homeschooling his kids and getting PA to pay for it, even though they're not even being homeschooled in PA!

That's the ever present cry from the Reich-wing nutjobs when Progressives protest something. So, DON'T these people have jobs, or are they just on the government dole protesting those that WANT to work? :shrug: These people have way too much time on their hands. I hope they freeze their asses off.
