1. Impressive Work Indeed
But don't forget Fitzgerald also negotiated the plea bargain of the
US Army Sargeant who provided weapons training to the 1993 bombers,
a guy named Ali Mohamed. In 1999 Ali pleaded guilty in connection
with the African embassy bombings, but he was never sentenced and now
nobody knows where he is.

2. And to think he almost gave up being a prosecutor.
I'm glad he changed his mind. :)

4. Now, how many people have been "brought to justice" since 9/11?
We have a hell of a lot of people being illegally detained but how many have actually been charged and convicted of anything? At least the Clinton administration tried and convicted first WTC and OK killers.

5. Yes, and they did it without the Patriot Act
and from what we can tell without torture and/or secret prisons.

The WTC bombers and McVeigh were both tried and convicted in open court. That is one of the great things about this country, our system of justice works when you let it.

6. Just a minor detail
Right wingnuts everywhere never seem to acknowledge the current whereabouts of Ramsi Jouseff along with everyone else involved in first WTC attack. Did they miss the news reports? Perhaps maybe it's because their just as blind ideologically as the convicted Blind Sheik was physically.
