3. On the positive side (if there can be one in such a disaster). . .

a typo such as that at least shows that these letters are handled individually, and are not just boilerplate.

and just so stricken they didn't notice? Happens. People usually see what they expect to see, whether it's there or not.

it's a template of a word document who's spell check didn't pick any mis-spelling (less and bless are both valid words). I know, many of us want desperately to give these people the benefit of the doubt, but these people have absolutely no scruples.
