How about we have an anti-genocide amendment?
At some point or another America will have killed enough Iraqis to qualify for the crime of genocide. Apparently the 30,000 dead Iraqis Bush admitted to killing so far doesn't qualify? So perhaps we need some language to spell out exactly when we are beginning to reach that plateau and what we should do about it when we get to that point. Maybe Bush and McCain can work something out among themselves to answer this question? What do you all think?
