What was that hissy fit Trent Lott just threw in the Senate?

Called out some Dem leader and said if something didn't get done righ away there would be hell to pay.

1. He has a bill for tax relief for Katrina victims...

He's been trying to get it passed by unanimous consent, but Reid is still trying to make sure it's ok with all of the Democrats. He promised Lott that they would stop objecting once he's made sure that none of the Democrats would want to object, but Lott is mad that they can't just pass it now.
