Some people have NO problem with bush spying on Americans...
like this clown posting over on the BBC website for all the world to see.

"" Added: Friday, 16 December, 2005, 19:36 GMT 19:36 UK

Only the guilty have problems with this. This truly is the land of the free and our government assures it stays that way. What's the point of fighting terrorism if we're going to lose? These are the tools we need now. Once Osama and the other murders are dead life will return to normal. I own my own business, live in a big new beautiful home, have a wonderful family, can freely travel wherever I want to go and have never once feared that my civil liberties were going the way of the dodo.

2. Reminds me of a poem from WWII
about the Nazis coming for Jews, but the poet wasn't a Jew, so he did nothing....then they came for the pacifists, but the poet was indifferent to war so he did nothing....then they came for him, and there was no one to help him.....

Also, this bozo obviously hasn't heard that - gasp - the US government has been known to make mistakes and pick the wrong person!!!!!!

14. Yes, that should be quoted every single day.
It was written by German pastor Martin Niemöller who was in a Nazi concentration camp:

When they took the first Communists,
I remained silent,
because I was no Communist.
When they took the first Jews,
I remained silent,
because I was no Jew.
When they took the first Catholics,
I remained silent,
because I was no Catholic.
When they took me,
there was nobody left
who could have raised his voice.

4. Little does he know
that when Delphi cuts 30,000 american workers his great business will go the way of the dodo and every other extinct thing. Wonder how great he feels next year when his business goes into chapter 11 oh wait thats right small businesses can no longer file for chapter 11, thats reserved foe businesses like GM, Ford and Wally World.

6. Completely self-deluded
"Once Osama and the other murders are dead life will return to normal."

And Osama says: "Kill me and a thousand just like me will rise. It makes no difference whether I'm dead or alive."

Meanwhile, I will agree with Franklin:

"They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security."

9. Didn't you expect this? Now this is moral relativism. They'll defend
wrong until it's done to them. The Lutheran minister who wrote the poem was just discussing ambivalence, while this guy is actually supporting crimes against Americans.

... why do you need privacy." Right. Unfortunately, he'll probably find out why.

11. I hate that attitude . . .
"If you haven't done anything wrong, then you have nothing to fear."

Just another excuse to take away more of our rights. Wait until they make a law that starts impacting him, and he will be screaming to high hell!

15. define guilty for one thing
and just because you have everything don't assume that a tired NSA officer typing up a disappear order in the middle of the night might won't make a mistake and the black limos end up coming for for you. That's what happened to that poor bastard in Germany.

It's not what I have to hide. It's just none of your damn business. And who the hell do you think you are to try to find out?
