2. It's an ongoing investigation...he can't comment on ANYTHING
because EVERYTHING his administration has done is under investigation. ;)

I would hate to be the Bush kids. Im sure their calls are monitored.

6. Why not? He's already been following very closely in Nixon's
footsteps:

Unpopular war - check
Enemies list - check
Spying on American citizens - check
Wall of secrecy around White House - check
Lots of indicted administration members - check
China trip - check

A recording system wouldn't surprise me.

Now all we have to do is wait for his (illiterate) version of the "I am not a crook" speech, followed shortly thereafter by that ever-popular little "resigning in disgrace" thing.
