Janeane Garofalo on "Majority Report?"
I haven't listened recently.

Are they co-hosting, or is it just Sam Seder?

She seems to be in LA all the time, working on TV stuff.

Once in a while she calls in.

It's actually rather annoying.

4. I was just thinking the same thing ...
I'm practically in tears over his passing. Such a great actor, such a loss ... what will the show do now?

9. She was saying last night
That Mark Marin(sp?) should take her place now that Morning Sedition is a done deal. Seder and Marin.

10. She called into Maron's show this AM too
and said the same thing.

I think it's a great idea--I like her but she obviously doesn't have time to do justice to the job.

14. That'd be a nightmare
Maron is only interested in his narcissistic ramblings about his neuroses, so his co-host has to be willing to take a back seat on every-fucking-thing. Seder is too competent as a host for that.

Besides, Sam is quite neurotic by himself. Another too-similar voice would be overkill.

13. It's sad she's gone imho (if she isn't coming back)
cuz I liked her a LOT more than Sam. But I love the West Wing too...and maybe she's able to do as much over there. Still, I'd like to see her at least do guest hosting on some shows on AAR in the future.

16. I like it when Sam Seder and Janeane Garafalo co-host.
She's on the air tonight, but he's not.
