FBI arrests reputed mob boss in Kentucky
By Chuck Goudie

http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?section=local&id=3733015December 16, 2005 - A reputed Chicago mob hitman who has been on the run since April has been captured. Frank "the German" Schweihs was arrested Friday at an apartment in Berea, Kentucky, about 40 miles south of Lexington.
The I-Team has learned that somebody called the FBI in Chicago to report that Schweihs was staying in a very small Kentucky town called Paint Lick. When agents went to the address, Schweihs wasn't there, but it was the home of Schweighs's girlfriend's mother. That was the clue they needed, from mother, to-daughter, to "the German.
When the call came into the Chicago FBI office, federal agents tell ABC7 it was just one of hundreds of leads they have received about Schweihs and mob boss Joey "the Clown" Lombardo. Both men vanished last April after they were among nearly two dozen top hoodlums indicted in a vast mob conspiracy including numerous gangland murders
Before indictment, Frank Schweihs was living in Florida. He was caught halfway to Chicago.

Operation Family Secrets, Possible Link to JFK Assassination?
Jun 16 2005
Solving a Mafia murder case is a tall order. Since the early 1900s, more than 1,100 murders have been linked to Mafia activities in Chicago but only 14 people have been convicted in those killings. Soon though, the FBI may be able to resolve dozens of mob hits, many with links to Las Vegas. It's a case that might even shed light on the assassination of a president.

JFK Assassination Debate
Can it be solved after E.Howard Hunts death?
Jun 9 2005 and
In my humble opinion, anyone who is still alive and who had anything to do (even periphery) with the assassination is not going to talk. The existing system of media manipulation will dictate coverage while that unspoken threat to family members hangs like a dagger poised.
I submit that one of the ghouls involved was Florida resident Frank 'The German' Schweihs who has been connected to the killing of Tony Spilotro and his brother. Schweihs also looks good for the murders of Richard Cain, Allen Dorfman, Charles Nicoletti and an involvement with the brutal slaying of John Roselli.
Schweihs as of late April was on the run from the FBI who want to connect him to some Mob run rackets. If Schweihs can ever be questioned in relation to who ordered the hits on those Mob connected individuals linked to the Kennedy assassination and to where he himself was on the 22nd of November 1963, the thin end of the wedge may present itself. (Schweihs was 33 in 1963)
