Or can Articles of Impeachment only be brought up one at a time? I'm just wondering, considering there will be so many choices to choose from when the time is ripe.

And...if he can only be charged one impeachable offense at a time, which issue do you think it would be? There are so many juicy ones to pick from!!

3. I say throw everything at him and see what sticks.
Like when there are serial killers brought to trial, the prosecutors will charge them with as many murders as they have some evidence for. Often the serial killer will be convicted of only maybe a third of the murders charged with in the end. But this is why prosecutors do this to make some of the charges stick.

4. That's what I'm wondering...if it is legal to bring up more than 1 issue
at a time. Let's face it, this is a really unique situation here. We've got a "president" who can easily be charged for NUMEROUS crimes, not just one. Never before could there be a case like this where there will be so many choices. So would it be better to pick what we think is the issue that has the best chance of succeeding, or go with ALL of them?

5. multiple articles
are usually brought up. The Senate would then deliberate on each article. Much like a defendent is charged with multiple criminal counts.

14. LOL, but the time they get through the list of transgressions,
it will be 08 and Cheney will be in some nation without extradition, smiling while Dimson chokes on his pretzels.

11. Impeachment is nowhere nearly enough.
The entire cabal must be removed, indicted, prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned for the rest of their miserable lives.

15. Bush and Cheney can be impeached for numerous crimes.

Charges are brought up in the articles of impeachment. Each article describes the crime or offense. There certainly is enough to convict them.

BTW, could they both be impeached at the same time or does it have to be one person at a time? I can't remember.
