December 17, 2005 -- WASHINGTON — Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton offered Vice President Dick Cheney a little unsolicited advice yesterday: go take a firsthand look at what's going on in Iraq.

Clinton's surprising suggestion came moments before a top-level war briefing at the White House, a source involved with the meeting told The Post.

Clinton, who has been to Iraq twice and has been sharply critical of the administration's handling of the war, told Cheney it would be a positive experience to see the troops and terrain for himself.

I did not hear of talking meeting with any Iragi people!! Bet he is in a cacoon in the green zone.

They always mention the short walk outside of the zone to get to the ministry building.
