Isn't it normal, when it is not clear if a law has been broken or not, for a Grand Jury to be convened to review the facts and make the appropriate determination? In light of the New York Times disclosure and Bush's denial that any law has been broken is one called for now?
to decide if it's legal or not, they must let the courts decide that.Just the fact that they know it's legal enforces the idea that they make the rules and that's that.Arrogance at it's highest levels.
